Having advised many startup companies from launch, growth, merger and exit, he is passionate about leading executive teams and ensuring aligned team culture.
Adam has over 25 years in hospitality working his way up from a Front Desk to Senior Executive roles at IHG, Marriott and LaQuinta. He provides leadership and oversight in property level operations, development/acquisition, revenue management, and financial efficiency.
Josef has worked in hospitality for 14 years and leads all sales and reservations for Kempa Collection. He is passionate about providing a positive, memorable experience from all guests and groups from booking through check out.
Logan has 12 years of experience in branding and marketing, with a focus on sales-driven practices. His travels to new destinations and research allow him the ability to tell the story of luxury travel, as a consumer, in a way that encourages potential guests to experience Kempa Collection destinations.

Peter spent over a decade leading concierge services and VIP guest relations for Eden Rock in St Barths. He is passionate about supporting Kempa Collection’s membership program expansion and experience as our property portfolio expands, while expanding Kempa’s awareness and expansion in the French West Indies.
